ATG Europe Human Resources Team plays a key role in our company. We are a small international team of experienced human resources professionals, and we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about working with people and making a positive impact in their lives while working in an open and transparent environment.
As a focal point for existing employees, you will be the interface on HR subjects between the ATG Europe, clients and colleagues mainly in The Netherlands, Germany and Spain, as well as the subject matter expert able to contribute to creating HR strategy and policies and to its remarkable implementation. By doing so, you will be able to directly create an excellent employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
The position may be either based in Noordwijk, The Netherlands or in Barcelona, Spain.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Onboarding: you will be a focal point for employees and make sure they start their career in ATG Europe in the best possible way by preparing their contract and answering any questions or doubts they may have with respect to working conditions or settling in the new role by initiating the requests for visas and residence permits, arranging fiscal benefits for “highly skilled migrants” where applicable, assisting with relocation and housing, company and health insurances, etc.
- During employment: you will be a focal point for employee’s time registration and management of absences such as annual leave, long-term sick leave or similar, remuneration and salary mutations, performance reviews, promotion and yearly salary reviews, etc. You will also be the person to go to for any exceptional requests, reviews or even just a piece of HR advice. ATG Europe is a place where growth happens through learning, and you will be the focal point for helping employees with their training requests and thus directly contributing to their professional development. You will also oversee organizing ATG Events.
- Offboarding: you will be a focal point for employees once they decide to leave the company whereby you will ensure smooth separation, exit interviews, leave balances, etc.
