For our company Headquarters in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for an HR and Payroll Administrative Assistant who is going to be part of the ATG Human Resources department and will support the team with all administrative activities including the monthly payroll.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Taking care of payroll administration (Visma) in coordination with Team Lead HRM;
- Input and maintenance of several systems including TimeTell, Employee files and overview, Insurances portal, training, etc;
- Responsible for the HR administration of new employees and leavers including updating all necessary systems, preparing contracts, TimeTell introduction and informing third parties in a timely manner, as instructed by the team;
- Responsible for the administration of all leave types including communication towards all parties involved;
- Responsible for the training administration;
- Responsible for the preparation of all necessary documentation for the yearly Evaluation meetings;
- On request creating overviews for HR Officers, as well as assisting HR officers with the performance of their tasks;
- Or any other tasks and/or priorities that the HRM Officers or Team Lead Human Resources management deems necessary.
