Job Overview

We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join us in our headquarters in the Space Business Park in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The Financial Administrator is a focal point for employees and is responsible for the full financial administration of assigned customers or business units, in addition to assisting the Finance Manager by creating financial overviews. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Timesheet checks by comparing customer signed timesheets with the information stored in ATG Europe’s time recording system Time Tell;
  • Overtime calculation and collecting of accompanying overtime forms;
  • Administration of accompanying revenues and costs;
  • Timely and correctly invoicing in line with the customer requirements;
  • Checking and administrating incoming supplier invoices;
  • Debtor management;
  • Managing a common inbox and actioning any items that need follow up;
  • Maintaining and updating the ATG Europe financial systems.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant subject and at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Professional Certification in Bookkeeping;
High level of accuracy and attention to details;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent planning and organization skills;
Excellent financial analytical skills;
Ability and willingness to take initiative and work independently;
Proficiency in English; 
Knowledge of Dutch will be considered an asset. 
Eligible to work in the EU.
