We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join us in our headquarters in the Space Business Park in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The Financial Administrator is a focal point for employees and is responsible for the full financial administration of assigned customers or business units, in addition to assisting the Finance Manager by creating financial overviews. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Timesheet checks by comparing customer signed timesheets with the information stored in ATG Europe’s time recording system Time Tell;
- Overtime calculation and collecting of accompanying overtime forms;
- Administration of accompanying revenues and costs;
- Timely and correctly invoicing in line with the customer requirements;
- Checking and administrating incoming supplier invoices;
- Debtor management;
- Managing a common inbox and actioning any items that need follow up;
- Maintaining and updating the ATG Europe financial systems.
