- First contact person in the central service desk for technical customer inquiries and fault reports;
- Analysis and documentation of occurring system and application errors in close cooperation with customer support engineers;
- Constant exchange with customers on the status of processing customer inquiries and fault reports;
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements.
