    For one of our main customers ESA/ESOC. We are currently looking for a Civil and Electrical Engineering Service in the ESOC Estates and Facility Management Service.

For one of our main customers ESA/ESOC. We are currently looking for a Civil and Electrical Engineering Service in the ESOC Estates and Facility Management Service.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support in technical Review and Project meetings as per the service request;
  • Planning, design and follow-up of new constructions, refurbishment of existing buildings and their modifications;
  • Liaison with architects, consulting engineers, contractors and other external services;
  • Project Management, Coordination and follow up of modifications of the site linked to offices, control rooms, laboratories and technical areas;
  • Support ESOC EFM in building permission applications according to applicable local building procedures;
  • Support ESOC EFM for the compliance of the site infrastructure, its equipment and services with the applicable European, national and local regulations;
  • Support to Management of civil related projects;
  • Contribution in building permission applications;
  • Contribution for the compliance of the site infrastructure and services with the applicable European and national regulations;
  • Definition and implementation of technical system requirements, whether for first installation or upgrade;
  • Preparation and delivery of risk assessments;
  • Provide on-call and on-site support in case of technical problems, operational requirements or technical emergency at ESOC;
  • Follow up, coordination of preventive, corrective and conditional maintenance activities performed by on- and off-site contractors;
  • Follow up and collection of KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) for mechanical and electrical works related to the operation of existing installations and to their maintenance;
  • Management of electrical and technical installations related projects;
  • Service performance monitoring and reporting: Gathering of performance data associated with the assigned KPIs for mechanical and electrical works;
  • Project management of electrical and technical installations.

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor) from a recognized institution of secondary studies;
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
  • For site-specific functions fluent knowledge of German is mandatory.
