In this role, you will be focused on the end-to-end recruitment process to attract experienced (space) engineers and scientists for our European customers and for our internal engineering department.The position is located in the ATG Brightest Minds team, which is currently consisting of 5 persons with 4 different nationalities. We are constantly recruiting new talent and experienced candidates in a large variety of engineering and science disciplines. In this role you will be working autonomously on your own customers, so we are looking for someone whos able to interface directly with hiring/technical managers, HR/recruitment managers and/or Procurement responsibles. This could also involve occasional travel for personal meetings at the customer location.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Source, match and select qualified (international) candidates, through our own database, social media channels and networks;
  • Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Skype;
  • Facilitate client interviews for candidates;
  • Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits;
  • Proactive pool management for strategic profiles;
  • Improve and renew our international sourcing channels, strategies and activities;
  • Be proactive in finding new customers, targeting opportunities and maintaining and growing existing relationships;
  • Represent ATG Europe on key European space events;
  • Assist in proposal creation in response to RFIs, RFPs and other tender processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles;
  • Previous experience in the space industry is a plus;
  • Proven experience in business development and account management;
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus;
  • Strong networker;
  • Commercial and can do attitude;
  • Result focused;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Not afraid to do acquisition and account management;
  • Valid drivers license;
  • Team player;
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
