    Amongst other typical Product Assurance (PA) tasks, the job holder (d/f/m) will be responsible for the following tasks;In development:The quality engineering for the development and AIT within the Orion-ESM project;The quality engineering for the development of MGSE, FGSE, Logistics and Design The surveillance of the design activities and treatment and close-out deviations;The planning of the manufacturing, integration and test activities (e.g. MIP/KIP, IRR, TRR, etcIn production:The daily tracking, surveillance and close-out of NCRs and anomalies;The leading and drumbeating of the Nonconformance Review Board (NRB) process in close collaboration with subcontractors, internal partners and the final customer;The monitoring of the manufacturing, integration and test activities with audits, MIPs and KIPs;The preparation of the Orion-ESM ESA acceptance data package (Anomaly Section);The control of the AIT quality activities;The development, maintenance, and action taking to improve quality metrics (dashboard, KPIs, performance dialogues);The review and approval of project documentation;The preparation and maintenance of the quality documentation and process for ordering parts and materials;The QA surveillance of supplied parts, materials and equipment;The reporting of anomalies.

A vacancy has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineer (d/f/m) within the department Product Quality. The job is within the quality team of the Orion ESM project;The job holder will primarily perform QA surveillance and quality management of the AIT (Assembly, Integration and Test) activities for assemblies and equipments of the Orion-ESM and will report to the head of the functional department and to the program PA manager;Additional tasks may be assigned on support of activities related to the areas of QA surveillance and quality management for equipments, MGSE (Mechanical Ground System Equipment), FGSE (Fluidic Ground System Equipment), Logistics and Design;
